Baghdad Hosts Sessions on Quran Teaching Methods

IQNA – A series of specialized sessions on teaching methods in Quranic courses was held in Baghdad by the National Center for Quranic Sciences affiliated to Iraqi Shia Awqaf Department.

A number of Quran teachers attended the sessions in the Iraqi capital.

During the sessions, Rafi al-Amiri, the director of the center, elaborated on methods of teaching in Quranic courses.

He explained the most important new teaching methods in Quranic courses and various Quran teaching skills, which are a crucial part of training and developing exemplary instructors in Quranic programs.

The National Center for Quranic Sciences, in line with its annual plans, plays a significant role in promoting Quranic culture within Iraq by establishing connections with government and academic institutions, as well as Quranic centers in the holy sites, shrines, and Quranic organizations of the country.

So far, the center has carried out numerous activities in service of the Quran and Quranic sciences.
