Gaza Officials Report 11 Killed in Latest Israeli Air, Mortar Attacks

IQNA – Israeli air strikes and mortar fire hit the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, killing at least 11 people, according to local reports.

Three media persons were among the fatalities of the Wednesday attacks as Israeli fighter jets targeted a vehicle belonging to an Egyptian rescue agency which was preparing reports from camps in Netzarim region, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported.

A large number of civilians were also injured in Israeli attacks against the Gaza Strip on Wednesday.

The attacks come even as US President Donald Trump has officially announced the beginning of the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

More than 71,500 Palestinians, many of them women and children, have been killed and scores more have been injured in the Israeli regime’s genocidal war on Gaza that started on October 7 2023.
