
It has been organized by the Dar-ol-Quran affiliated to the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department of the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Ali (AS) holy shrine.
Amir Kassar, deputy head of the Dar-ol-Quran said the program, by providing advanced courses based on the latest teaching methods, in addition to innovation in teaching the rules of Tajweed and lessons on the sciences of the Holy Quran, has put the development of the skills of Quran teachers on the agenda.
Ahmed al-Najafi, one of the instructors of this program, said the scientific materials presented have been prepared in a modern and simple style.
“My speech in this program addressed the topic of inferential recitation, the direct connection between inferential recitation (Tajweed) and phonetic and morphological rules and its contribution to strengthening the practical understanding of the rules of recitation among Quran students.”
This program has been held in line with the series of Quranic and scientific activities of the Astan and is aimed at promoting scientific capabilities and strengthening the role of the Quran in society.

Zia Abbas, one of the participants of this course from the Wasit province of Iraq, said it presents important topics in the field of teaching the Quran, especially the eloquence of the word and the application of the rules of Tajweed.
Abdul-Ala Al-Salihi from Basra province also said that the educational methods of this program are advanced and presented by taking advantage of the technological tools available at the Astan.
