Trump, Netanyahu Absolute Evil for World Security: Iranian Top General
Speaking in a televised program on Tuesday night, Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi said Donald Trump has become a toy in the hands of Benjamin Netanyahu.
He said Trump is a dictator and an unpredictable character who wants to own the world but has become a toy in the hands of Netanyahu.
Many Americans today wonder why US soldiers’ lives should be put at risk for the sake of Israel, he noted.
Referring to the US-Israeli aggression on Iran that began on Saturday and the Islamic Republic’s powerful response, Major General Rahim Safavi said the enemies thought we had become weak after the 12-day war but in fact we became much stronger.
“We knew after the 12-day war that they will once again resort to deception and lies and, therefore, along with diplomacy, strengthened our defense and missile power.”
He said that over the past 47 years, the Iranian nation has become stronger day after day.
Major General Safavi added that Iran’s strategy is one of protracted war lasting for months.
“We have prepared our resources for a long war,” he emphasized.
