Hassan Makki, a researcher and professor at the Islamic University of Sudan, in an interview with IQNA said that Iran’s move to attack American bases in the region and defend itself was commendable and necessary.
The Iranian people are a noble and Muslim nation rooted in patriotism and Islam, so it is not surprising that they support their country, he stated.
Makki added that the Islamic Republic of Iran is a civilized and respectable country whose civilization dates back 6,000 years. “When Iraq fought it for eight years, Iran emerged stronger, and now, after the American-Zionist aggression, it will emerge even stronger.”
The Sudanese researcher pointed out the importance of the presence of the axis of resistance alongside Iran.
“Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen and all Muslim nations will stand firm and steadfast in this confrontation and ask God Almighty to first keep this aggression away from the Islamic Republic of Iran and secondly, to establish friendly and affectionate relations between Iran and the people of the Persian Gulf countries.”
