Silent March Held in The Hague Condemn Attack on Iran’s Minab School

IQNA – A group of Iranians living in the Netherlands, along with human rights groups and people of different nationalities, held a silent march in The Hague to condemn the deadly attack on a primary school in the southern Iranian city of Minab and honor the memory of the victims.

It was held with the presence of families, children and civil activists, and the participants, holding school bags, declared their solidarity with the victims of this incident.

The organizers described this protest movement as an attempt to condemn the perpetrators of this heartbreaking event, keep the memory of the victims alive, and draw public attention to the human dimensions of this tragedy, Al-Alam reported.

The march began in the Lang Voorhout area of ​​The Hague, and the participants returned to the starting point after passing through the Torneuveld and Lang Pfeifferberg areas. Along the way, the silence and the strong presence of children gave the event a deeply emotional atmosphere.

One of its notable features was the symbolic leadership of the march by children, which, according to the organizers, was done with the aim of teaching the concepts of empathy, remembrance, and social responsibility to future generations.

In the final part of the march, the attendees honored the memory of the martyred students by reading their names and calling for the investigation into the attack, the punishment of the perpetrators, and the realization of justice for the victims.

On February 28, as the US and the Israeli regime launched a war of aggression against Iran, two American missiles hit the Shajareh Tayyebeh primary school in Minab, killing more than 170 students, teachers, staff and family members.
