
With the approval of the country’s top officials, 30,000 Iranian pilgrims will travel to the land of revelation to participate in Hajj, said a statement released by the organization on Saturday.
“At the same time as the Iranian nation's victories against the Zionist-American enemies and the beginning of the Ten-day Karamat (dignity) celebrations and the Hajj Week, and in light of the plans made by this organization regarding the dispatch of Iranian pilgrims to the Land of Revelation in line with the memorandum of understanding signed with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the contracts concluded, along with ensuring dignity, honor and security (for Iranian pilgrims), with the permission and approval of our country’s high officials, God willing, we will witness the presence of our compatriots in the Hajj 2026 in the Land of Revelation,” the statement said.
“To this end, the dispatch of Iranian pilgrims will begin in accordance with the plans of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in the coming days, the details of which will be announced later,” it further noted.

Due to the recent US-Israeli war of aggression against Iran, there had been doubts about the dispatch of Iranian pilgrims to this year’s Hajj.
