The televised Quran competition, “Inna lil-Muttaqeena Mafaza” (Indeed, for the righteous is attainment)

Al-Kawthar TV Network will hold the final round of the contest live on the eve of Eid al-Ghadir (Wednesday, June 3), according to the network’s Public Relations Office.

The competition, which was being broadcast during the holy month of Ramadan, was stopped following the brutal aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran on February 28 and the special circumstances resulting from it.

At that time, the enemies of Islam, in clear violation of all international standards and laws, targeted civilian areas, including some buildings of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), which led to the suspension of the broadcast of this Quranic program.

Al-Kawthar Network, while appreciating the support of the audience and participants of this period, apologized for this interruption to all lovers of the Holy Quran, especially those who made it to the final stage of the competition, and expressed its hope that with the help of God Almighty, the Islamic Ummah will witness a decisive victory over the enemies of Islam and complete liberation of Islamic lands.

According to the organizers, by reviewing the results of the participants in the first 10 nights of the holy month of Ramadan, the five best reciters from five different countries who have earned the highest points have been selected to participate in the final stage. These reciters will recite and compete in a live televised competition to win the top title of the 19th edition.
