Iran Demonstrated Unity between People, Leadership Is Key to Victory: Burkina Faso FM
IQNA – Burkina Faso's Foreign Minister Karamoko Jean Marie Traoré said Iran's leadership had demonstrated to the world that unity between the people and their leaders is the country's greatest source of strength.
Traoré, who traveled to Tehran to attend the funeral ceremony of martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, told IQNA in an interview, “I believe Iran's … leaders are in the best possible position because they have shown the world that the most important factor is the commitment and dedication of both the people and the leadership, as well as the unity between them.”
Referring to the recent imposed war against Iran, he added, “In my view, the Iranian people emerged victorious in this war. This path should continue by preserving unity, cohesion, and the close relationship between the people and their leadership.”
