Bahrain’s Shai Leader Ayatollah Sheikh Issa Qassem warned against spreading seditions in the country.

Delivering his Friday prayers sermons at the Imam Sadeq (AS) Mosque in the capital Manama, Ayatollah Qassem said while the popular movement is on the eve of its third anniversary, the ruling regime has not fulfilled people’s demands.

He criticized the recent remarks made by Bahrain’s ruler about the country’s Arab identity and said Arabism is a culture not a way of governance.

Ayatollah Qassem further urged the revolutionary youth to purify their intention for God, stressing that God is with them and will protect them.

Bahrain has been the scene of anti-regime protests since February 2011, and scores of people have been killed and hundreds more injured in the regime crackdown.
