Senior Seminary Scholar Warns against People’s Separation from Clergy

The enemies have always tried to separate people from the clergy a senior Qom Seminary scholar said.

Addressing a group of IRGC personnel on Wednesday, December 25, Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Alavi Gorgani said if there is a division between the people and the clergy, it will only make the US and Zionist regime happy, Shafaqna website reported.

He underlined the need for cooperation and unity in society and said whatever achievements the Iranian society has were the results of such cooperation and unity.

The senior seminary scholar also stressed the need for obeying the Vali Faqih (Supreme Jurist) and acting upon the tenets of Islam and its rules including prayers, Zakat, Jihad and Khums.
