According to IQNA’s branch in Europe, the National Library of Russia and the Iranian Cultural Center hosted the workshops instructed by Iranian artist Rahim Charkhi.
Preliminary sessions of the workshops had been by the center in summer last year which were received very well.
Artworks created by the Russian students participating in the workshops were put on display at an exhibition in Moscow.
The State Library in central Moscow also hosted an exhibition of calligraphy works created by Iranian artists on January 18, 2014.
According to an earlier agreement, the two countries developed cultural cooperation including cooperation between the Russian State Library and Iran’s National Library and Archives Center.
