According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the book was published on the occasion of International Quds Day to get the younger generation of the country more acquainted with Al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy Quds.

The strategic status of The Middle East, the condition of Palestine during the last days of the Ottoman Empire, its condition before the beginning of the First World War, the occupation of Palestine and division of the country are some of the themes discussed in the book.

The 43-page book was published in 1500 copies.

The Qiblah of Muslims originally faced Al-Aqsa Mosque. This Qiblah was used for over 13 years, from 610 CE until 623 CE. Seventeen months after the Holy Prophet's (PBUH) 622 CE arrival in Medina, the Qiblah became oriented towards the Ka’ba in the holy city of Makkah.
