Nat'l Meeting of Muslim Judges Held in Tatarstan
Tatarstan’s Muslim judges attended a national meeting held on January 14 by the Office for Muslims’ Religious Affairs in Kazan, the capital city.
According to IQNA’s branch in Europe, the program was organized with the participation of Abdullah Adhamev, first deputy of Tatarstan’s Mufti and Jalil Fazliev, Grand Judge of the country.
Issues on prayer times in Tatarstan, programs of the Office for Muslims’ Religious Affairs and activities Judges Council of the country were the main themes investigated at the meeting.
A number of imams of mosques and experts in religious affairs from east and south parts of the country such as Yutazinsk, Leninogorsk, Bugulma and Bawlinsk presented an annual report of their activities and projects.
