Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli to Address Ethics & Religions Int’l Conference
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli will take part at the opening ceremony of the International Conference on Ethics and Religions.
The conference is slated for February 27-28 in the holy city of Qom.
Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Abbas Hosseini, executive secretary of the conference in a press conference on Saturday, February 23, said that Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini will officiate the closing ceremony.
He said Isra Revelational Sciences International Foundation will host the event.
According to Hojat-ol-Islam Hosseini, papers will be presented in 7 specialized committees, focusing on themes like ethics in Islam, ethics in Christianity, ethics in Judaism, media ethics, ethics in management and ethics in medicine.
Ministry of Science, IRIB’s Islamic Studies Center, the University of Qom, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Imam Khomeini (RA) Educational-Research Institute, and the University of Religions and Sects will participate in organizing the conference, he went on to say.
