Quran Recitation Contest in the Philippines

The 11th edition of the national contest on Quran recitation has been held in Alaminos city of Pangasinan Province in the Philippines.

According to IQNA’s ICRO branch, this edition of the competition was held with the participation of top 12 male and 11 female Quran activists from various parts of the country.
Hamid bin Abeh and Nur Ain Aisa Ibrahim, students of “Mohammad Rasool-ol-Allah”Dar-ol-Quran Al-The Dar-ol-Quran Center was opened in 2009 in “Maharlika” Mosque in Manila by the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Cultural Center in the Philippines in cooperation with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF).
