Imam Hussein (AS) Cultural Center Inaugurated in Sweden

An Islamic cultural center has been launched in the city of Halmstad in Sweden, Boratha news agency reported.
Halmstad is a city in Sweden’s Halland province with a population of around 55000.
The Imam Hussein (AS) Cultural Center was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by Seyyed Morteza Kashmiri, representative of Ayatollah Ali Al-Sistani.
A large number of Muslims from different cities of Sweden as well as Denmark were also present at the function.
Addressing the ceremony, Mr. Kashmiri said attending such events is a blessing and the Infallible Imams (AS) have urged taking part in programs that help o revive Islamic values.
He said that Islamic centers should attract the youth and teenagers and help to promote Islamci teachings among them.
Kashmiri also warned against exploitation of Islamic scholars’ status by some who spread inaccurate ideas among people.
