Call for Papers for Algeria’s Int’l Quran Conference

The Abdullah Bin Masoud Religious Society in Algeria plans to organize the country’s first international Quranic conference.
Titled “How Should We Interact with the Quran?”, the conference will be held on June 28- July 5, Al-Quran website reported.
The organizers have issued a call for papers on five main themes: general concepts about the Holy Quran, how to listen to and memorize the Quran, understanding and interpreting the Quran, how to implement the Quran’s teachings, and making laws based on the teachings of the Quran.
Those willing to take part need to send an abstract paper along with their resume to the secretariat of the conference by May 15.
Khalawati Sahrawi, Bin yadih Habib, Zelati Mousa, Kinande Bualam, and Bin Dimiya Al-Gilani make up the scientific committee of the conference, which is headed by Master Mekkaoui Muhammad.
