Tarteel Recitation Contest To Begin in Abu Dhabi

A competition on Tarteel recitation of the Holy Quran’s verses will begin today, May 12, in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates.

According to IQNA’s branch in Dubai, the competition has been planned for the government staff of the country.
The participants will compete on recitation of the Quranic verses in two stages.
The 10-day competition will be hosted by the General Authority of Islamic Affairs & Endowments in Abu Dhabi.
It aims to create a religiously aware society able to comprehend and deal with new and contemporary challenges.
