Wahabi Sheikh Calls for Destruction of Masjid Al-Haram

While Saudi Arabia has started destroying parts of Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah under the pretext of expanding the mosque, a Wahabi sheikh has called for the total destruction of the holy place!

Yusuf Al-Ahmad, former academic board member of Al-Imam University in Riyah in a program aired on Bidaya Satellite TV said in order to prevent the mixing of men and women in Masjid Al-Haram, it should be destroyed.
Al-Ahmad is known for his extremist views and usually his ideas spark controversies in the media.
The mixing of men and women was also the subject of a Fatwa by another Wahabi sheikh recently. Abdul-Rahman Al-Barak issued a Fatwa lately giving permission to kill those who consider the mixing of men and women lawful.
