Iran’s Cultural Center Organizes Quran Competition for Students in Lagos

The Iranian Cultural Center in Lagos, Nigeria, held a Quran competition for school students in the city’s Ikrudu district.
According to the public relations office of the Islamic Culture and Relations Origination, students from 8 schools competed in two age groups of under and above 15 years.
Winners received awards and gifts including books and copies of the Holy Quran.
On the sidelines of the Quran contest, Iran’s cultural envoy Mohammad Qorbanzadeh delivered a speech in which he elaborated on the great status of the Quran as the miracle of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
He also referred to the conspiracies of the world arrogance against the Islamic sanctities and urged Muslims to stay vigilant against the enemy plots.
