Morocco to Host Scientific Seminar on Contemplating the Quran
A scientific seminar titled “Quranic Rhetoric and Perspectives of Contemplation” will be held in Morocco on May 28.
The Quranic Studies Center affiliated to Muhammadiya Scholars Society will organize the event at Al-Qarawiyyin University’s Faculty of Arabic Language, alquran.ma website reported.
General features of Quranic rhetoric, meaning of Quranic verses, and the effects of textual approach, are among the themes to be discussed at the seminar.
A number of scholars including the dean of Arabic Faculty, as well as Ahmed Ibadi head of the Quranic Studies Center and Abdul-Qader Hamdi from Morocco University’s humanities sciences will also deliver speeches at the event.
There will be a number of free discussion forums on the sidelines of the seminar and it will conclude with a closing statement.
