“Treatise on Spiritual Journeying and Wayfaring” Published

Executive Director of Maktab-e Wahy Publications said the “Treatise on Spiritual Journeying and Wayfaring” attributed to Allamah Bahr Al-Ulum has been published in English.

Talking to IQNA, Mahdi Behbudikhah, said that the book had been edited by Allameh Tehrani about 20 years ago.
In an introduction to the book, Allameh Tehrani has confirmed the attribution of the work to Bahr Al-Ulum.
The Treatise on Spiritual Journeying and Wayfaring is a concise manual of spirituality and self-discipline. It expounds on how maintaining purity and sincerity for forty days can bring forth the fountains of wisdom onto one's heart.
It provides the readers with practical instructions deduced from the Quran and Sunnah on how to actualize their spiritual potentials.
Tawus Raja has translated the book and a number of Allameh Tehrani’s other works into the English language.
The English translation of the “Treatise on Spiritual Journeying and Wayfaring” has been edited by Seyyed Hossein Nasr and published in 313 pages by Kazi Publications in Chicago.
Al-Tawhid Magazine affiliated to Noor Islamic Research Center had published the first part of the treatise translated by Ali-Qoli Qarayi.
