Talking to IQNA, Amir Sadeqi, secretary of this edition of the conference, said that the Iranian Association for Philosophy of Religion plans to hold the international event with new themes this year.
The program has been planned in order to set the ground for dialogue and understanding among the influential community of philosophy of religion from both the west and the east.
The two-day conference will explore the following issues: Comparative Theology, Science and Religion / Religious Science, Religious Diversity and Philosophy of Religion and Islamic Wisdom (Hekmat).
He added that October 12 and December 16 will be the deadlines respectively for sending abstracts and full papers to the secretariat of the conference.
The Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies will host the conference on January 13 and 14, 2014.
The first edition of the conference was held in December 2012 in Tehran.
