Promoting Nahj-ul-Balaqa in Seminaries Helpful on Spreading Religious Teachings

Culture Ministry’s Quran and Etrat Deputy said promotion of the Nahj-ul-Balaqa in seminaries will help to spread religious teachings.
Hojat-ol-Islam Hamid Mohammadi made the remark in a ceremony in Kashan held to start the one-year plan for memorizing the Nahj-ul-Balaqa.
He underlined the need for training Nahj-ul-Balaqa memorization teachers and said the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khamenei has emphasized the need for memorizing the precious book.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammadi further elaborated on methods and approaches to foster working on memorization, translation and concepts of Nahj-ul-Balaqa.
Also speaking at the ceremony was Hojat-ol-Islam Hassanzadeh, director of Amir-ul-MumeninQuranic-Cultural Center that carries out the one-year plan for memorizing the Nahj-ul-Balaqa.
He said the plan will be held in two stages and that during the first stage, the participants will memorize two parts of the book and those who pass the oral and written examinations at the end of the one-month stage will be allowed to go to the next stage.
Hojat-ol-Islam Hassanzadeh stated that those who manage to memorize the entire Nahj-ul-Balaqa will receive certificates of accomplishment and the top participants will be given awards such as Umrah Hajj pilgrimage packages.
Nahj-ul-Balqa (peak of eloquence) is a collection of Imam Ali’s (AS) sermons, letters and sayings compiled by Sayyid Radhi.
