What distinguishes Supreme Leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolution is acting upon Divine commandments and dominance in politics and sociology.
Olivier Le Moine, spokesman for France’s Solidarity Party, made the remark in an interview with IQNA, adding that the leader of a society should be able to convey the Divine commands to people and using religious teachings, lead the society toward spiritual and material perfection.
He said today’s world is filled with problems rooted in the inattention to spirituality and Divine commands on the part of political leaders and politicians.
“A society’s leader can show the right path to the society only when he himself walks on that path. He can then lead the society toward spiritual and material perfection through using religious teachings.”
Le Moine underscored that a leader should both be familiar with religious text and be able to convey Divine commands to people.
He said Iran’s Supreme Leader is distinguished from other leaders because he has dominance in politics and sociology and also acts on Divine commands.
The French politician said Imam Khomeini (RA) was among the few leaders in the contemporary era who led a popular revolution relying on religious ideas and after him, Ayatollah Khamenei analyzed the conditions of the world and determined the path of the society.
He said if Egypt is entangled in a crisis today, it is because the country’s leaders were not religious leaders.
Le Moine stated that the uprisings in the region, especially those in Egypt and Libya moved on the right path in early days and led to the overthrow of the two countries’ dictators but after some time, American and Zionist elements diverted the revolutions from their right path.
He said Western and Zionist leaders who witnessed the overthrow of their stooges in the region tried to take control of the affairs in these countries by fomenting discord and sedition among the revolutionaries.
He underlined that Europe, the US and the world Zionism are working to create tension in different parts of the world to gain their objectives.
“They tried to implement the same scenario that took place in Libya, Egypt and Africa in Syria too, but they failed.”
Le Moine described Zionism as a cancer that spreads to new countries every day. “Since its establishment in the 19th century, the Zionist regime has only worked to destroy the world.”
The Solidarity Party is an anti-Zionist party whose main slogans include peace and justice. The party has organized several conferences and gatherings to express its opposition to military intervention in Syria.
