According to paltimes website, the copies of the Divine Book were distributed in a ceremony on February 15.
The Institute of Supporting Mushaf in Bahrain also cooperated in the plan.
The ceremony was attended by Abdul Rahman Al-Jamal, head of the Quranic center and a number of Palestinian Quran activists.
Addressing the ceremony, Al-Jamal stressed the necessity of teaching Quran and Quranic principles to the youth and following the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) tradition in dissemination of Islam and Islamic teachings.
Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Association of Palestinian Muslim Scholars, Dar-ol-Kitab and Sunnah, Bin Baz Charity Association in Gaza and social institutes, schools and universities in the Gaza Strip received the Quran copies.
