'Journey through the Quran' Planned in London in Ramadan

TEHRAN (IQNA) – For the ninth year running, British Academy of Quranic Studies (BAQS) is going to present its double weekend intensive course on 'Journey through the Quran' – an overview of the whole Quran in 4 days during Ramadan.

The course will be held on Sat 11 Jun - Sun 12 Jun '16 & Sat 18 Jun - Sun 19 Jun 2016 at Queen Mary University of London.

Participants will learn in these 4 days: 99 personal development lessons based on Quranic teachings; Key messages, themes and stories to assist your long-term learning; A cohesive summary and overview of all 114 chapters; The Quran in application: discover how to apply your knowledge practically in your everyday life and 1000 Arabic words from the Quran; and so much more.

Shaykh Hasan al-Banna, the founding director of the Islamic Institute for Development & Research (IIDR) and an Advisory Board Member of the Research Center for Islamic Legislation and Ethics is the principal instructor.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to participants who attend and complete the full course.
