Daesh Changes Prayer Times in Iraq
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Daesh (ISIL) Takfiri terrorists in Iraq have changed the timing of daily prayers, a local source in the Arab country’s Nineveh province said.
According to al-Sumaria news, the source said Daesh has changed prayer times under the pretext that the previous timing had been determined by the Iraqi government and cannot be accepted.
The terrorist group has ordered imams and muezzins in mosques to follow the new prayer times or else face punishment.
Daesh made swift advances in much of northern and western Iraq over the summer of 2014 after capturing large swathes of northern Syria.
The Takfiri terrorist group has committed heinous crimes and threatened all communities, including Shiites, Sunnis, Kurds, Christians and Izadi Kurds, in the areas under its control.
