In the messages, the president expressed hope that the auspicious occasion serve as an opportunity for strengthening fraternity and unity among Muslim nations.
He also urged Muslim countries to make more efforts to present the real image of Islam, which is one of compassion and mercy, to the world.
In that way and by drawing lessons from the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) lessons, he said, the Muslim Ummah (community) can bring about the full establishment of peace, calm and stability in Muslim countries.
