It will be organized on Saturday, February 25, by Noor-e Mobin Institute in cooperation with the Iranian Cultural Center in Germany, according to the website of the cultural center.
Some of the themes of the workshop include: "What are the characteristics of the world of German Muslim children?”, "How to use Quranic stories to teach children and teenagers?”, and "The issue of gender in Islamic teaching for children”.
There will be also a discussion on the foundations of Muslim children’s Islamic identity and a forum on "The Media and Muslim Children”.
Germany is home to one of the largest Muslim populations in Europe.
An estimate made in 2010 calculated that there are some 5 million Muslims in Germany making up around 6 percent of the total population.
