In its analysis, the Al-Akhbar Daily wrote that the reason for Washington’s discontent is that it prefers insecurity in Iraq and is against any move that is aimed at bringing calm to the country, almaalomah.com website reported.
It added that other developments in Iraq, including influential Shia cleric Muqtada al-Sadr’s call on his supporters to cooperate with security forces to restore peace to Iraq, have also caused US discontent.
