Quranic Programs of Kufa Mosque Go Online

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Religious Affairs Section of Kufa Mosque in Iraq holds its Quranic activities and programs online due to the spread of the novel coronavirus.

 

According to Qaaf news agency, Sheikh Hadi Zanjil, head of the section, announced that the online programs have been planned on different media channels for Quran students and others who at a time when the mosque is closed to stem the spread of the virus.

He added that some groups have been formed to hold online courses on Quran memorization and recitation principles for men and women.

The women memorizers of the second Juz (part) of Quran have already taken an online evaluation exam by Batoul Mousawi, head of the mosque’s Quran Memorization Center for Women, he said.

Zanjil added the online exam was a part of the activities of “Rasul A’dham” Quran memorization course.
