Niavaran Cultural-Historic Complex is holding a Quran exhibition to mark the fasting month of Ramadan.
Nine historic handwritten Qurans relating to the 10th to 13th centuries AH have been displayed to the public for the first time.
The manuscripts have been created by major calligraphy masters such as Ahmad Neirizi, Mohammad Shafi Tabrizi, Abdollah Heravi, Vesal Shirazi, Zeinolabedin Qazvini, and Mohammad Ebrahim Qomi while also enjoying other arts such as tazhib.
The exhibition opened on Sunday, April 14, and will go through May 3.
