The NCCM's chief executive Stephen Brown said the group had no reason to talk to Trudeau, who has not delivered on his promises to the Muslim community since his 2015 election victory.
"We've said it all before. There's nothing new that we could say," Brown told reporters, CBC News reported on Monday.

Brown said Trudeau had not done enough to prosecute hate crimes, fund security measures at religious sites, or pressure the Israeli regime to stop its brutal attacks on the besieged Gaza Strip where more than 26,600 people have been killed since October.
"We're interested in the government taking real, tangible action to reduce Islamophobia in this country and to stop the hostilities in the Middle East," Brown said.
He also criticized Canada for refusing to join its allies in urging Israel to comply with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) orders to prevent Palestinian genocide. Canada said it supported the court but not the case brought by South Africa against Israel.

"They've compromised the integrity of the international rules-based order and the ICJ by challenging the premise of the case," he said.
