Int’l Conference in Iraq to Discuss Different Aspects of Imam Hassan’s Thoughts
It will be held under the supervision of the Astans (custodianships) of the holy shrines of Imam Hussein (AS) and Hazrat Abbas (AS), according to al-Kafeel website.
The main theme of this year’s conference is different aspects of the thoughts of the second Shia Imam (AS).
A meeting was recently held by the organizing committee to discuss the latest preparations for the international event.
The participants also exchanged views about the papers to be present at the conference and invitations to scholars and researchers to take part in the scholarly event.
Riyadh Tariq al-Hamidi, who headed the meeting, stressed the importance of the international conference in promoting scholarly awareness about the Seerah of Imam Hassan (AS).
