Erfan Qaeni Sani, an official with the shrine, highlighted the initiative: "This new service, launched less than a year ago, aims to assist visually impaired pilgrims who arrive at the sacred shrine without an accompanying companion."

Explaining the process, Qaeni Sani said, "When a visually impaired pilgrim without a companion arrives, security staff notify the Zolal Rezvan section, and an attendant is assigned to assist them."

The attendant is responsible for accompanying the pilgrim from the moment of arrival, guiding them through the requested courtyards and halls, and ensuring they are safely escorted back to their point of origin, he noted.
