IRGC Pioneer of Islamic Resistance: Iranian General

IQNA – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was the pioneer of the resistance, and has offered more than 40,000 martyrs on this path, the IRGC’s deputy commander said.

Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi made the remark in a gathering of veteran IRGC members in Tehran. 

In fact, he said, perseverance, resistance and patience are the right path and Allah the Almighty guarantees its victory and this is the blessing of the Islamic Revolution.

If it were not for the Islamic Revolution and the IRGC, these honors and blessings of the resistance would not have been achieved, he stated.

Rear Admiral Fadavi added that this honor belongs to the IRGC, which was the pioneer of the resistance axis and sacrificed more than forty thousand martyrs on the path of resistance.

Emphasizing the benefits of resistance, he said although the resistance suffered hardships and more than 50,000 defenseless Palestinian people were martyred in Gaza, its achievements were remarkable.
