Barzani: Martyr Khamenei’s Legacy Will Inspire Future Generations

IQNA – The president of Iraq's Kurdistan region said the path of martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution would continue to inspire future generations while contributing to peace, stability, and progress in the region.

On the sidelines of the funeral procession of the pure body of Ayatollah Seyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei, Nechirvan Barzani reflected on his meetings with Martyr Khamenei, recalling the late Leader's remarkable humility and exceptional memory.

Barzani said he was deeply moved when Martyr Khamenei, after nearly four decades, warmly remembered his late father, Idris Barzani, and spoke of him with genuine friendship. 

He described the martyred Leader's enduring legacy as one of steadfast struggle for the people and unwavering commitment to his ideals, expressing hope that this path would continue to inspire future generations while contributing to peace, stability, and progress in the region.
