Omole said Ayatollah Khamenei's anti-imperialist thought and resistance will continue to influence intellectual and political circles.

Reflecting on the martyred leader's views on religious democracy and Western liberal democracy, he argued that democracy should not be defined solely by the ideas of dominant powers, adding that weaker nations also possess valuable and even superior ideas.

He stressed that Ayatollah Khamenei should not be viewed only as the leader of Iran or the Muslim world, but as a representative and hero of oppressed peoples, particularly those of the Global South.

Omole also highlighted the late leader's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, describing him as one of the most consistent voices in defending Palestinian rights.

Omole said studying Ayatollah Khamenei's ideas helped him better understand the reality of the Israeli occupation and the Palestinian issue.

He added that one does not have to be Muslim to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

He further said the late leader's ideas helped broaden support for Palestine beyond religious boundaries and promoted unity among all those who genuinely support the Palestinian cause.

Omole concluded by saying that Ayatollah Khamenei consistently maintained that the Palestinian struggle cannot be separated from the broader struggle of oppressed peoples around the world, but is an integral part of the same cause.
