Karbala Hosting 5th Nida Al-Aqsa Int’l Conference
It has been organized with the participation of delegations and personalities from various countries to discuss the role of media and narrative in supporting the Palestinian cause and to draw inspiration from the principles of the Husseini revolution in confronting misinformation and creating awareness.
Karbala hosts the 5th International Conference of Nida Al-Aqsa
The event began today, Saturday, with the first official session that included speeches by the organizers and participating delegations, Al-Ahed News reported.
This will be followed by a session titled “Firsthand Accounts; The True Story from the Heart of the Story,” in which a number of relatives of martyrs, released Palestinian prisoners, the wounded, and journalists coming from Palestine will provide documented testimonies about the field events in occupied Palestine.
The first day will end with the applicants’ pilgrimage to the shrine of Imam Ali (AS) in Najaf.
On the second day, the program includes the delegations visiting the shrine of Imam Hussein (AS) and being officially welcomed by the custodian of the holy shrine, followed by listening to a religious lecture and offering noon congregational prayers in the courtyard of the holy shrine.
Finally, the will participate in the launch of the “Call of Al-Aqsa” Moukeb on the pilgrims' route between Najaf and Karbala.

Abdul Malik Sukriyyah, secretary of the Global Campaign for Return to Palestine, explained that this conference is being held under exceptional circumstances and despite the US threats against the region, in order to emphasize the continuation of this path and highlight the connection between the uprising of Imam Hussein (AS) and what the resistant nations, especially the Gaza Strip, are facing.
