The bomb went off at 4 A.M. local time on Tuesday, December 17, in Sabuba town, east of the country, french.ruvr website reported.
A security official told the Agence France-Presse that several individuals have been killed or injured in the blast.
No one has claimed responsibility for the terrorist bombing yet and the exact number of those killed or injured is not known.
