Juan Cole, farfesa a tarihi a Jami'ar Michigan, ya gabatar da jawabi a wani gidan yanar gizo na duniya mai taken "ƙarni na 15 na bin Manzon Haske da rahama" a ranar Talata. Ya binciko ayoyin Alqur'ani da suka siffata Annabi (SAW) a matsayin siffa ta rahama da tawali'u da sulhu.
Kalaman nasa sun bambanta tsarin Kur'ani da halaye na keɓancewa a wasu tsoffin wayewa.
"Sifa ce da nake tsammanin dukkan musulmi suna tarayya da Annabi, amma sau da yawa a yammacin duniya, inda a wasu lokuta ana zaginsa, ko kadan ba a tunaninsa da farko a matsayin wani abu na alheri da hakuri," in ji Cole, wanda kuma ya rubuta wani littafi game da Annabi mai suna Muhammad: Annabin Salama a cikin rikicin dauloli.
Ya kawo sura ta 21, aya ta 107 a cikin Alkur’ani cewa: “Ba Mu aike ka ba face domin rahama ga talikai, ga dukkan halittu, da mutane baki daya. Cole ya kara da cewa wannan ayar ta tsara yadda ake fahimtar Annabi a cikin al'adar Musulunci.
Wani nassi da ya yi nuni da shi daga sura ta 25, aya ta 63: “Kuma bayin Allah Mai rahama, masu tafiya cikin ƙasƙantattu a cikin ƙasa, sa’an nan fasikai suka zage su, sai su ce, salama.”
Cole ya bayyana cewa, "Yin salama ga wani a duniyar ta d ¯ a wani irin addu'a ne. Yana nuna sha'awar Allah ya ba mutumin salama."
Masanin tarihin ya bayar da hujjar cewa wannan ɗabi'a ta tunkuɗe gaba da kyautatawa ta kai ga magana mai ƙarfi a cikin sura ta 41 na Alƙur'ani cewa: "Kyakkyawa da mugunta ba su daidaita.
Ya kira ta “aya ce mai zurfi sosai” da ta wuce “fiye da kowane abu a cikin Sabon Alkawari,” domin ta nace cewa a magance mugunta da abin kirki mafi girma, ba ramuwar gayya ba.
Cole ya danganta koyarwar da abubuwan tarihi, kamar komawar Annabi zuwa Makka a shekara ta 630 CE. Maimakon a ɗauki fansa a kan tsoffin abokan gaba, “ba a yi ramuwar gayya ba,” in ji shi. "Ba a kashe wa] annan shugabannin arna a Makka ba, a maimakon haka an kawo su cikin tarayya da sabuwar al'umma."
Da ya koma ga bambance-bambance, Cole ya nanata sura ta 30, aya ta 22: “Kuma akwai daga ãyõyinSa, halittar sammai da ƙasa, da nau’in harsunanku da launukanku, lalle ne a cikin wancan akwai ayoyi ga dukan mai rai.”
Ya yi jayayya cewa ayar tana “bikin bambancin launin fata da harshe” a matsayin alamomin Allah, sabanin al’adun Greco-Romawa da ke wulakanta bare a matsayin ’yan baranda ko na kasa.
A cikin jawabinsa na ƙarshe, Cole ya kawo babi na 16, aya ta 125: “Ka yi kira zuwa ga hanyar Ubangijinka da hikima, da shawara mai-kyau, ka yi musu gardama cikin mafificiyar hanyoyi.”
Ya ce ayar tana nuna tawali’u wajen tattaunawa da sauran addinai. "Shawarar ita ce ku kasance masu tawali'u, kada ku kasance masu fahariya da fahariya ga wasu, ciki har da na waje, mutanen da ba sa cikin al'umma," in ji shi.
"Waɗannan kaɗan ne daga cikin ayoyin da suka yi nuni ga haƙuri da ƙauna na Annabi Muhammad," Cole ya kammala.
