In a TV voting conducted by LBC television network, the audience voted for Nasrallah as the country’s top figure in 2013, Panorama Al-Sharq Al-Awsat website reported.
More than 60 percent of the participants in the poll voted for Nasrallah while Michel Aoun, leader of the Change and Reform Movement received 12.78 percent of the votes.
Some 6 percent voted for Muhammad Shua’ar, a Lebanese young man who lost his life in a terrorist attack in Beirut last month.
Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah has been the Secretary General of Hezbollah since 1992 after Israel assassinated the previous leader, Sayyid Abbas Musawi.
