Quranic Accomplishments Festival Planned in Tehran

The Union of Grassroots Quranic Institutes plans to hold a festival of Quranic accomplishments.

Managing director of the union Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Hossein Kusheshi made the remark while speaking to IQNA, adding that the top works presented at the Quranic products festival will be selected to be displayed at the Quranic accomplishments festival.

He said the Quranic products event will be organized later this month in cooperation with the Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization.

Hojat-ol-Islam Kusheshi added that the deadline for sending works to the Quranic event is January 10.

He noted that the works will be evaluated after the deadline and the top works will be selected for the next festival, that is, the one featuring Quranic accomplishments.

“It will be held from January 25 to February 14 at the Den of Espionage (the former US embassy in Tehran).”

The cleric went on to say that educational, research, preaching, and promotional works as well as Quranic magazines will be displayed at the festival.
