“Today, we are traveling to Baghdad with a parliamentary delegation at the invitation of the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, and during this trip we will discuss the most important issues, especially the development of relations between the two countries in the economic, political, cultural, social and security fields.”
He added that during this trip, the delegation will also meet and talk with other Iraqi figures, including the president, prime minister, and some of the Arab country's economic and cultural figures.
This trip is of special importance, considering the conditions that have arisen after the victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the recent imposed war (the Ramadan War), he stated.
