
According to IQNA’s Qom branch, registration is underway in Dar-ol-Quran centers across the South East Asian country.
Those attending the Olympiad can compete in the oral and written sections, the secretariat of the 19th Quran and Hadith Olympiad of Al-Mustafa International University said.
The oral section includes the category of Quran recitation while the written section features Quran and Hadith sciences.
The competition will be held in several cities in Thailand on January 15-18.
The 19th edition of the Quran and Hadith Olympiad of Al-Mustafa International University started a few months ago in several countries.
70 countries will host the competition over all and some 10,000 contestants are expected to take part in the Quranic event.
