1st Muslim Women's Conference Held in Russia

The first Muslim women's conference was recently held in Sverdlovsk Region.

 During the conference, the problems of Muslim parenting, education, religion and other issues were discussed.

Among the guests was the Mufti of the Ural region Alfrid Hazrat Mustafin.
During his speech, the Mufti stressed the important role of Muslim women in addressing problems in education, and parenting, and urged for participation of Muslim women in the public life of the region.
Following the conference, it was decided to create a Women's Council Kazyyatskogo Administration of Muslims of the Sverdlovsk region.
