Closing Ceremony of Quranic Studies Nat’l Festival to Be Held
The closing ceremony of the third national edition of university students’ Quranic Studies festival is set to be held in April-May at University Jihad’s Art and Cultural Research Center.
According to IQNA’s correspondent, the festival was held on March 5 with the aim of developing the culture of book reading as well as Quranic knowledge among academicians and university students.
Making University students further familiar with false mystic cults and anti-religion groups were among the major themes discussed at the festival.
It was organized by Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in cooperation with Iranian University Students Quranic Activities Organization and the Center for Promotion and Dissemination of Quran activities.
Plans are underway for mounting an exhibition on false mystic cults and Islamic mysticism on the sidelines of the closing ceremony.
