“Arbaeen of Karbala Martyrs” Special Issue Published in India

On the occasion of Arbaeen which marks the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), a special issue titled “Arbaeen of Karbala Martyrs” was published in India.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the issue has been published by Udanama Newspaper in 300 copies and distributed in various cities of the country.
The 6-page issue includes Hadiths of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) as well as a collection of poetry and articles by Indian religious and political figures about Imam Hussein (AS) and Karbala event.
The importance of Arbaeen supplication by Mujtaba Heydar Ma’rufi, history of mourning in India by Shah Mohammad Waseem, the value of the tears shed for Imam Hussein (AS) by Seyyed Akmal Hussein, the influence of Karbala on the contemporary movements by Seyyed Reza and Seerah of Hazrat Zeynab (SA) by Seyyed Shamim Heydar are some of the articles of the issue.
Udanama is a popular Urdu language newspaper serving major cities in the region of Awadh in India.
